Tzu Chi Secondary School Leadership Camp AY. 2025-2026

The officialization of our student organizations this Academic Year was kick-started by the annual Leadership Camp. As usual, this camp was organized by our Prefect and SC leaders and mentors. This year’s theme was chosen by the student body heads and mentors as “Finding Strength in Balance” The theme was chosen as the leaders believed that empowering the bond between these two organizations and teaching everyone the importance of having balance in life, balance in our studies, our personal interests, and our goals, is incredibly important within the development of our student leaders and their character.

We proudly announce that the Leadership camp was a success; we started the camp off with speeches from the mentors, leaders, and Ms. Caroline. Afterwards, we played some games within groups for icebreakers, as well as group cooking of pasta for dinner. The student leaders ended their day with a blast, bonding with each other through music and dance. The next day opens up with minigames, including outdoor bonding games. Finally, we ended the camp productively, through a special talk show with a Tzu Chi volunteer, and task specializations training to prepare the leaders for the new academic year to come. On behalf of the Student Council and Prefect, we extend our gratitude to Ms. Caroline, the mentors, PTA, and the students for making this event possible!
