Welcome from Principal :

Dear visitors,
I would like to extend my warmest welcome to all of you. It is heartening to know that by visiting the Tzu Chi Primary School website, you have shown interest to find out more about our school and advocacy.  The Tzu Chi foundation is built on the core values of gratitude, respect, and love as well as kindness, compassion, joy and selfless giving. Thus, Tzu Chi Primary School places emphasis not just on academic excellence but more importantly on developing a deep sense of moral responsibility in our students.

Our school is entering its sixth year of operations this academic year. We are an SPK (Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama) school which means that we follow both the national curriculum as well as the Cambridge curriculum. Our students are handled by highly competent local and expatriate teachers who prepare our graduates for the USBD and Cambridge Checkpoint exams in their final year of the primary level.

As you take a tour of our website pages, we also hope you will see our dedication to provide our students with a well-rounded and balanced education. Teachers are encouraged to make full use of the school’s top of the line facilities when carrying out their lessons. Students are engaged in learning through hands on and critical thinking activities. You will enjoy seeing our students in action in the different extracurricular activities conducted throughout the year, such as Indonesian Week, Sports Day, Fieldtrips and various competitions our students have joined.

We are also very proud of our RenWen program which emphasizes developing the values of our students. Tzu Chi Primary School believes that our children will inherit our world and thus it is important to instill in them love for our Earth and humankind in general. In line with this, we pay tribute to our parents by holding an annual Filial Piety Day to give our students the chance to show gratitude to their parents. We also have a recycling program which the students implement on a daily basis.

Tzu Chi School may be a relatively new school, but we have big dreams for our students. We would like to enjoin you to get to know us better and be a part of our journey in the years to come.
