The Alumni Venture Opportunity Fund (AVOF) is Tzu Chi School’s way of investing in the next chapter of our alumni’s journey. If you’re building a business, a social initiative, or a bold new idea, AVOF connects you with funding, mentorship, and a community that wants to see you succeed.
Who Can Apply
Any alumnus with a venture idea — early-stage or growing — is welcome to apply.
What You’ll Need:
- A completed intake form.
- A business plan outline
- Basic financial projections
- A conflict-of-interest declaration
How It Works
- Submit your intake form and venture overview
- Your proposal is reviewed and scored by the AVOF committee
- Selected ventures move to grant agreement and funding
- Ongoing mentorship and check-ins support your growth
