On November 23, 2018 Tzu Chi School celebrated the Teacher’s Day. The goals of this event were to give the opportunity to parents and students to express the love and gratitude they feel towards teachers, to celebrate Teacher’s Day in a very memorable manner, and to strengthen student-teacher-parent relationships.

There were so many activities in Tzu Chi Early Childhood, such as serving tea and sending gifts to all teachers and staff. The activities began at circle time, with introductions from teachers about the significance of our Teacher's Day celebration. After circle time, parents collaborated with the students, preparing gifts and decorating Teacher’s Day cards.

Parents and children were enthusiastic in preparing a surprise for the teachers. We also made a“Thank you board” that contained students and parents’ writing about their teachers. It showed how parents and students feel respect and gratitude for the teachers. Teachers feel happy when they know that the parents and students love them.

In the afternoon, teachers also had fun activities, such as a fashion show and a singing competition. They had a blast on their special day. Thank you to the parents for your participation and cooperation during the event.
