Student-led Conference
"Learning by doing" is a phrase that we often encounter, especially in the field of education. That is why, at Tzu Chi Early Childhood, we emphasize students' involvement in every aspect of their education. Every Term 3, we invite parents to attend the student-Led Conference, where they can witness their child's academic achievements.
During a student-led conference, the students present their portfolio of work and update their family on their progress. The entire meeting is facilitated by the student, which strengthens their sense of ownership and accountability for their learning and advances their understanding of what it means to achieve learning objectives.
